The house enjoys commanding and spectacular southerly/south easterly sea views towards and overlooking Port Grimaud, the Bay of St Tropez, and St Tropez Harbour, and benefits from it's own land of circa 20 hectares/50 acres. Newly constructed between 2003 – 2004 in a Provencale style to the Owners' own design and specification, this superb house offers well proportioned and practical accommodation.
Bedroom 4 is planned as a Bunk Room, and thus the house offers flexible accommodation with excellent natural light throughout, and is suitable for as few as 6 people or as many as 10, using the bunk room which can comfortably accommodate 4 children or teenagers.

The two Master Bedroom Suites both open onto a large south facing terrace at first floor level and make the house especially ideal for two families who wish to holiday together. All the main ground floor rooms open direct onto another very large south facing terrace overlooking the infinity swimming pool, and have some of the most spectacular views in Provence over the forest of the Massif des Maures towards the sea.
Les Roches Blanches mountain which is the highest peak in this part of the Var is behind the house on our demise. The Library/ Sitting/ Television Room has Satellite TV installed, and the music system is wired throughout the main ground floor rooms, terrace and pool area. The western end of the ground floor terrace is used as a large summer dining and barbeque area.
